Austrian Fries family holds 5.06% of Immofinanz
Vienna-based listed property group Immofinanz said holdings and related private foundations of the Austrian Fries family, acting in concert, have declared a combined holding of over 5% in its equity, effective 15 April. These entitites together hold directly and through subsidiaries a stake of 52.9m voting rights or 5.06% or issued share capital.
