Freo invests E120m in Frankfurt downtown
Luxembourg-based developer Freo has bought the Frankfurt downtown office and retail project Goetheplaza, said to be valued at around E120m, from investment company Watermark. Freo said it will develop 13,700 sq.m. rental space by 2014, 4,500 sq.m. of which destined for luxury retailing. The private Watermark is said to be Israeli owned.
