German DIC Asset back on acquisition trail - Höller
Germany's DIC Asset is to use proceeds from a E100m bond issue, launched last week, as well as E52m in proceeds from a recent capital increase for acquisitions, CEO Ulrich Höller says. "We are back on the acquisition trail and see a lot of opportunities and an interesting market in the next 24 months," he told PIE's German Property Breakfast last Thursday.
