German prime office rents to rise - ZEW, gif
Prime rents in the five big German office locations Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Munich will rise significantly through end-2012 while vacancies will barely be reduced, say the research group gif and University of Mannheim Centre for European Economic Research ZEW. Rents will especially boom in Berlin and Munich.
