Hungary's Futureal enters Poland with Irish Caelum
Hungarian developer Futureal is entering the Polish market in a JV with Ireland's Caelum to build the Nova Park shopping centre in Gorzów Wielkopolski in the fastest-developing area in Poland, 70 km from the German border. Futureal CEO Gabor Futó said the majority of the mall, due to open in 1Q12, is already leased. No investment costs were given
