Dutch VastNed/NSI to merge into E2.4bn REIT
Following long negotiation, listed Dutch real estate funds VastNed Offices/Industrial and Nieuwe Steen Investments have agreed to merge to form a new mixed fund owning a portfolio of E2.4bn, generating rental income of over E200m from more than 300 individual assets. The merged unit aims to rebalance assets to 50% each in retail and office in Switzerland, Belgium, and Netherlands.
