Munich's Prime Office pre-REIT said targeting June IPO
Following the successful initial public offering of Berlin housing firm GSW last week, Munich's Prime Office, a pre-REIT with E1bn in German office assets, is aiming for an IPO this June, media reports say. A spokesman had no comment. Analysts said an IPO could raise E400m in total, of which E250m in a capital increase. Lead managers and book runners have been chosen.
