Paris office deliveries largely pre-let - DTZ
Around three-quarters of the 700,000 sq.m. of office space deliveries expected this year in Greater Paris have already been pre-let, and with production set to dwindle again next year, developments need to be stepped up to meet demand, says realtor DTZ. Of the 440,000 sq.m. due for delivery over the rest of 2011, barely 140,000 sq.m. are still available, mainly in the western Paris crescent.
