Warsaw office lettings hit record, vacancy slides
Office space lettings in Warsaw hit a record in first quarter, with deals signed for 198,000 sq.m., according to major realtors. The Polish capital offers some 3.5m sq.m. of modern office stock, and new supply is very limited.Vacancies slid by an average 60bp to 6.6% in 1Q11. In central locations, 8.1% of space was available for lease, and in non-central areas 5.8%.
