Bank of Italy hires Colliers to sell E300m branches
Italy's central bank, Bank of Italy, is to sell in a public tender a portfolio of former branches worth some E300m and covering 240,000 sq.m. that includes prestigious buildings located in major Italian cities, according to realtor Colliers International. It has signed a three-year contract for a consortium with private firm EXITone called RTI to achieve the sale.
