Deutsche Annington housing ups profit to E187m
One of Germany's largest private housing companies, Deutsche Annington, owned by British private equity group Terra Firma, posted 2010 net profit of E186.8m, up from E134.6m the year before, exceeding board expectations. With 220,000 housing units in 610 locations throughout Germany, it said it now plans to acquire further assets to expand its portfolio
