Italian social housing projects reach 168 - EIRE
Some 168 social housing projects are under way or planned around Italy, according to the first permanent monitoring, undertaken by EIRE - Expo Italia Real Estate, Italy's largest real estate trade fair. The sector has grown out of legislation introduced in 2009 aimed at rejuvenating residential stock and building new housing for lower-middle income groups.
