Italy's Del Vecchio boosts FdR holding to 30%
Leonardo Del Vecchio, one of Italy's richest men, has reorganised his shareholding in French REIT Foncière des Regions, registering two new companies in Luxembourg in late March, Dfr Investment and Dfr Holding, which now control 11.97% of FdR. The moves, mainly for reasons of business optimisation, bring his total FdR equity stake to nearly 30%.
