Spanish house prices still falling in 1Q
Housing prices in Spain remain in free fall in first quarter, dropping 2.5% against 4Q10 and 4.6% compared with 1Q10, according to the Development Ministry. Prices across the country are now on average 15.4% below 1Q08 levels. Sharpest declines have come in Madrid and along the Mediterranean coast.
