Ukraine plans Crimea as tourism hub
The Ukrainian government is planning a major tourist complex on the west coast of the Crimean peninsula, to become a popular destination for residents of the former Soviet Union, Ukraine Deputy Prime Minister and Infrastructure Minister Borys Kolesnikov said. "We want to create something like Turkey’s Antalya, with 100 hotels, an entertainment area, and its own international airport," he said.
