Unibail-Rodamco 1Q turnover up 3.3% despite disposals
Giant retail and conference centre group Unibail-Rodamco, Europe's largest REIT, boosted first quarter turnover by 3.3% to E426m against 1Q10 despite disposals in France, Netherlands, Hungary and Sweden undertaken in the last 12 months - in which is also acquired the large E715m Simon Ivanhoe portfolio. Mall rentals rose 1.3% over the 12 months.
