US TransGlobal to buy $400m Bulgaria resort
US investor TransGlobal Assets, formerly TimeShare Holdings, has signed a letter of intent and received project plans for the acquisition and development of the White Lagoon Resort project in Topola Village near Kavarna, in the north of Bulgaria's Black Sea coastline. The White Lagoon project is expected to be worth over $400m when completed.
