Mr. Skjerven, founder and CEO, was for seven years (1998 - 2005) CEO of Industrifinans Naeringseiendom, a Norwegian stock-listed group focused on hotel, retail-, office- and residential investments in Norway, Sweden and the Baltic states. Prior to that, he was founder and board member of listed residential investor Industrifinans Boligeiendom in Norway.

With over 20 years' experience in property development and financial services, Mr. Smethurst has headed the strategic and operational activities of a group of companies, including leadership positions in an international trading company. He studied law in Cologne.
