Corestate is a specialist real estate investor and asset manager based in Zug, Switzerland with additional offices in Frankfurt, London and Luxembourg. Since 2006, it has invested ¤2bn in European real estate across various asset classes. Mr. Burns is CEO, responsible for strategic and business development. He previously worked as MD at Terra Firma Capital Partners where he focused on infrastructure, credit and German residential real estate transactions. Prior to this, he worked for Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Groom, who heads a 70-person valuation/due diligence team, led development of the VICTOR prime office indicator and is also responsible for key clients, business acquisition, portfolio strategy and risk assessment. With over 20 years’ experience, he has been based in Germany since 1992 and previously worked with other major realtors in Europe.

Mr. Skjerven, founder and CEO, was for seven years (1998 - 2005) CEO of Industrifinans Naeringseiendom, a Norwegian stock-listed group focused on hotel, retail-, office- and residential investments in Norway, Sweden and the Baltic states. Prior to that, he was founder and board member of listed residential investor Industrifinans Boligeiendom in Norway.
