Bourbonnais has oversight of all group international real estate, and is also MD of Berlin residential investment manager WVB Centuria. With over 25 years of RE experience, he previously held posts with CADIM and SITQ in Montreal, Canada, units of pension fund Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec, since integrated into Ivanhoe Cambridge.

He previously worked as MD at Terra Firma Capital Partners where he focused on infrastructure, credit and German residential real estate transactions. Prior to this, he worked for Goldman Sachs.

With over 20 years’ experience, he has been based in Germany since 1992 and previously worked with other major realtors in Europe.

Mr. Skjerven, founder and CEO, was for seven years (1998 - 2005) CEO of Industrifinans Naeringseiendom, a Norwegian stock-listed group focused on hotel, retail-, office- and residential investments in Norway, Sweden and the Baltic states. Prior to that, he was founder and board member of listed residential investor Industrifinans Boligeiendom in Norway.
