Mr. Young has 39 years’ experience in retail property and heads central and eastern Europe and Russia/CIS. Prior posts included Cushman and Wakefield`s offices in the UK, France and Czech Republic, head of expansion for McDonalds Corporation Francophone Europe, and at Générale Continentale Investissements. Since 1995 he has owned and managed NAI Mipa, a consultancy which has advised on over 15 shopping centres, including Nove Smichov, Praugue`s No. 1 retail mall.
