Claudia Buccini joined C&W in 2001 and currently heads the Italy Research Team. Her responsibilities include the publication of regular market updates and the preparation of detailed market analysis for national and international clients. She is an active player within the European Research Group, providing the information on the Italian market for global publications and international projects. She also provides consultancy to developers and investors, assisting them in defining and implementing their strategic plans. She has a degree in Architecture and a Master degree in Urban Planning and Property Market (Italy-UK).
