CRE is one of Germany’s leading listed real estate investment and asset management groups, with more than ¤2bn under management. Investment focuses on high-yield residential property for own account, and opportunistic co-investments with partners in commercial real estate and housing. Prior to becoming CEO in 2003, Mr. Rind was CIO of the private Fortman Cline Group in Switzerland from 1997 to 2002. He started his career in 1991 at Prudential Securities in New York and Düsseldorf.
