CB Richard Ellis is one of the world’s largest real estate advisory and investment firms. In Europe it has 5,800 employees workng in 133 offices in 41 countries, managing assets of $12.7bn - and has provided valuation and advisory on over 54,200 properties. Mr. Welham heads the Shopping Centre Investment Group within the EMEA region, and focuses on strategic and property- specific advice for cross-border investors. With 11 years’ experience of shopping centre investment and development he has carried out investment or advisory in most European countries. Mr. Welham previously spent six years at Jones Lang LaSalle, responsible for pan-European retail investment and before that worked as portfolio manager for Norwich Union France.
