Dr. Ettenauer has overall operative responsibility and oversees real estate investment and asset management, financing (equity and debt funding), project organisation, IT, HR and legal affairs. He has been member of the board since 2006, CEO since 2009. He has over 15 years’ experience in real estate financing and is a sworn real estate appraiser.
