ALICE BREHENY, Head of Research, Property (Europe)

Henderson is a leading multi-asset investment firm managing ¤69bn worldwide. In global property it has manages ¤13bn of assets for segregated direct mandates, pooled funds, property securities and fund of funds. Ms. Breheny has over 13 years experience in property research. She now manages a team of five analysts focused on Europe. She is also a member of the Investment Property Forum, Society of Property Researchers, INREV, and International Council of Shopping Centres. Ms. Breheny gained a BA (Hons) diploma in geography at the University of Southampton, England.
