Europa Capital is a pan-European real estate investment management business, which has invested over ¤5bn in 17 countries across Europe. Mr. Norman has nearly 20 years’ experience investing in central and eastern European property. He is currently CEO of Emerging Europe Fund, a ¤164m real estate opportunity fund focused on Romania, Bulgaria, western Balkans, Ukraine and Turkey. He previously worked as senior banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Prior experience included Bank of America, Bank of Boston and a private property group.
