Majority owned by Germany's Commerz Real, a unit of Commerzbank, Cegereal is a French core office REIT/SIIC listed on Euronext NYSE with a portfolio worth some E861m and external leverage up to 50%. In charge of general management, M. Treguier's main mission is to develop and expand the portfolio. He has 12 years' experience in real estate and corporate finance, previously working in the acquisition team at GE Real Estate. He holds a master's degree in management from the Paris Dauphine University.
