PHILLIPPE TANNENBAUM, Founder & Managing Director

Financiere Lhomond is a new, independent research firm for listed French property, and M. Tannenbaum is also sole advisor to independent investment bank ARKEON Finance in initiating European coverage. He acts as consultant for IEIF, the leading French property research institute. M. Tannenbaum was Head of Research for Eurohypo in London for four years, and for 15 years a financial analyst in pan-European property, regularly ranking among top analysts internationally. A lecturer at University Paris-Dauphine, he holds a Diploma from Sciences Po, Paris, and is the author of two books.
