German Landesbank Helaba belongs to the savings bank network with branches in Paris, London and New York. With new business in commercial RE lending exceeding ¤5bn in 2009, Helaba now manages a loan portfolio of ¤35bn. A business administration graduate, Hr. Schleimer is responsible for client coverage and relationship management in CEE at Helaba. Before this, he had years of experience in origination and execution of debt financing of portfolio transactions, large single asset investments and syndicated credit facilities.
