Europa Capital is a pan-European independent real estate investment manager that has invested over ¤6bn in 17 European countries to date. Mr. Bennett is an English Chartered Surveyor and has been based in Hungary since 1991. He set up the DTZ offices in Moscow, Warsaw, Kiev, St Petersburg and Bucharest, then an investment vehicle for a private Austrian investor. In 2008, he joined Europa Capital’s Emerging Europe Fund which specialises in Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria and the Western Balkans.
