ÖGNI, Vienna
The Austrian Green Building Council ÖGNI is a non-profit organisation which aims to promote solutions for sustainable planning, building and use of assets in the country. Hr. Kaufmann is the founding president and well-known for sustainability, project development and real estate marketing. He is also chairman of ULI’s Austrian branch, which was inaugurated at the end of 2010. In 2007, he founded the research institute for space and real estate economy (WU), where he is also employed.
