French REIT/SIIC Fonciere Inea specialises in office in 24 cities around France, with a strong focus on yield and liquidity. Since foundation in 2005, it has grown its portfolio to ¤400m, and targets ¤500m by year-end. Ms. Gaujal-Kempler, a founder of INEA alongside Philippe Rosio and Alain Juliard, was previously MD of DIL France and prior to that worked in valuation and investments for brokers Auguste Thouard and Jones Lang Wooton in Paris. English by birth, she earned a BA in the 1980s from the University of London.
