EXCS is owned by the City of Brussels and charged with the organisation of the Heyzel NEO Brussels development project. It prepares legal, operational and financial information on the project. M. Delesenne is the board’s real estate specialist since 2008. A former CEO of Robelco, he is also founding partner of an investment management company focusing on forest and biomass assets, and part-time professor of sustainable management at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, Université Libre de Bruxelles
