German Landesbank Helaba belongs to the savings bank network and has branches in Paris, London and New York. With new business of ¤10.2bn in 2009, Helaba now has a real estate lending portfolio of ¤37bn. Mr. Bentley recently joined Helaba as Head of Real Estate Finance London and is responsible for all aspects of UK RE finance. He has worked on a wide range of financing transactions across both the UK and Europe and has many years of experience in the industry, most recently as Director of International Real Estate for Deutsche Pfandbriefbank.
